GENERAL STUFF
1. How do you pronounce 'cichlisuite'?
cichlisuite sounds just like 'sickly-sweet' (or so i believe).2. Where does the word come from?
It's the name of an autechre album. You can find out more info about autechre here.3. So what's this web site all about?
cichlisuite.com started out as a simple blog. Soon after, the blogging was opened up to a few friends. The site soon had a group of dedicated posters who shared links and commentary between themselves. Then popularity came a-knockin' at cichlisuite.com's door. It was realized that this site had a fair-sized readership, so it was decided to rebuild the site from scratch and open it up to all readers. It is sincerley hoped that this will broaden the range of discussions on this site and make it more enjoyable for everyone.4. Do I have to sign up in order to post?

Of course. Just remember though, you (and only you) are responsible for what you type/say on this site! If you piss someone off, and start receiving flame-mail, that's your problem, not mine.7. Your site looks really lame in my browser. Why?
cichlisuite.com uses CSS (Cascading Style Sheets) for all of it's design and layout. The site is still readable without the CSS (which is fantastic for Palm-like devices) but it does look VERY plain.Server logs showed that almost 90% of users connecting to this site use version 4 or better browsers. So the decision was made to design the site for that majority, and letting us practice using latest web standards.
At least the site is usable by ALL browsers. Be thankful we're not like Microsoft and flat out not giving you anything if you're not using a specific browser.
